The story
BRP Software LLC is a software development and consulting firm founded by Brian R. Parrish. Most of the work is what you would expect — building and maintaining systems for businesses that need software to actually work.
AgoraAxis Portal came out of that consulting work. Sitting with property managers, the same picture kept appearing: a general ledger in one system, owner communication in a personal cell phone, violation letters in a Word template, and invoices in a physical inbox. The software they were paying for had been written years ago and had stopped improving. Support meant a ticket queue. Getting their own data out meant a fee.
So we built the thing that should have existed: one platform where the ledger, the messages, the documents, and the maintenance work all live together, with the compliance burden — 10DLC registration, TCPA opt-out handling, legal hold exports — carried by us instead of handed to a property manager who never signed up to become a telecom compliance officer.
What we believe
- Property managers deserve better than fossils.
- A lot of this industry runs on software that stopped being maintained a decade ago and still charges like it did not. Modern tooling is not a luxury — it is the difference between a job you can do and a job that does you.
- Compliance is not the customer's problem.
- We hold the A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registrations. We enforce STOP, HELP, and START automatically and log consent permanently. If a subpoena arrives, the export is one click.
- Your association's records belong to the association.
- Export your ledger, documents, owner records, and message history whenever you want. We would rather keep you because the product is good than because leaving is expensive.
- Build the boring parts correctly.
- Double-entry accounting, bank reconciliation, retained earnings, prepaid liabilities. None of it demos well. All of it matters when the auditor arrives.
